While looking for his mother a baby elephant got trapped in the bottom of a well in India. The baby elephant was only about 10 months old. He was stuck in there for over 12 hours until they were able to get him out with the help of a bulldozer. There was a hundred bystanders making sure he stayed alive and waiting for the bulldozer to arive. They got him out by making a ramp from the bulldozer and after he was freed he ran off in the forest and the people chased after him until he found his mother. The people were happy that they got him out before the larger family of elephants came and went looking for him because they would have destroyed the area and the crops.
