87 Killed In Building Collapse

In Bangladesh an 8 story factory building collapsed, trapping over four hundred people. Rescuers, including volunteers, firefighters, and soldiers, worked all night trying to free people but, 87 people were initaially killed in the collapse. They used flashlights and whistles to find the people. The building was in very bad shape, with cracks all over. The collapse started about an hour after the factory opened. One worker who survived said that, "It collapsed all of a sudden. No shaking, no indication. It just collapsed on us." It turns out that only 3 floors of the building were built legally and the building had no emergency exits. Many are still in critical condition and the civilians and familys are hoping that the number of deaths doesn't climb.

New Venezuela President

In Venezuela on Sunday, a new president was elected. It was a very narrow and very close election. Nicolas Maduro is the new leader of Venezuela by about 300,000 votes. He is seen as the last president's succsessor. Maduro political plans and socialist ideas are very simular and based off of Chavez.  The margin of the voting was so close, it was 50.8 percent to 49.1 percent. The main reason why he won was because his strategy was sympothy.

Puppy Lives After Being Tied To Train Tracks

Earlier this month a 10 month old poodle terrier as tied to train tracks in California by a 78 yeaar old. Luckly the tran engineer saw the old man walk away from the tracks and he was able to apply the breaks and stop in time. Officers arrived at the scene and untied the dog and detained the man. The old man did this because his family did not want the dog anymore. The man was very senile and didn't know what he was doing because of his old age so no charges were put into order. The puppy on the otherhand was cleaned up and put up for adoption. They decided to call him, Banjo.

Meth Lab in White House

Yesterday morning a terrifying discovery was made by little Sasha Obama in the Presidents office. A giant million dollar meth lab was being run by our leader. The meth was made by the worlds leading scientists from all over the world, including North Korea. They started to send scientists over to the White House because they figured out a way to make Meth actually better for your teeth instead of completly destroying it. Obama is secretly calling Meth, the new tooth paste. They plan on sending out the new Meth for children test trials in Alabama and Texas because they are the ones who have the worst teeth in America.
